Video Haiku installation workshop

Morse5

This workshop is an immersion in the art of directing a one-minute poetic movie. Students will take their inspiration from the Haiku, a Japanese literary style of an extremely short poem focused on the evanescence of all things. Fabrice Croizé will guide the group to apply this philosophy to a video art installation, teaching them how to convert internal images into actual images, expressing those in a simple and minimal form. The workshop will also afford participants an opportunity to give their poetry three dimensional form through an exploration of innovative projection techniques.
